Went rock climbing yesterday at a local indoor wall (Go Vertical). Ostensibly it was to celebrate a friend’s birthday (Happy B-day again, Donna!), but I think it was suggested just because it’s a cool thing to do. And boy was it!
Got to progress from the “kiddie wall” to a fairly difficult (alright REALLY difficult for me) overhang wall. MUST try that again. It’s close enough to work that I could go climb at lunch (yeah, right…). But the wife and I plan on doing it again. It’s a pretty good upper body and cardio workout, and fun to boot.
